Welcome to SmartPH, a state-of-the-art e-learning management and delivery system. This site is designed as a virtual two-story building hosting a variety of learning and development services. Each floor within the center houses several learning functions, such as online courses, testing, and performance planning. On each floor, different rooms act as gateways to these learning functions.
